Responsibility, career progression, development opportunities, challenges, innovation and fun. These are just some of the things we give you when you work for companies in the Chevron Group.

And there has never been a more exciting time to join the Chevron Group.

We are a company with a bright future. Through organic growth and a number of acquisitions, we have diversified our service offering in recent years and now employ over 1,800 experts in a wide range of roles and positions. With 45 locations across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, and an expanding workforce, a career with us is now more accessible than ever.

Our dedication to safety, our standards of service and constant drive to innovate and add value is what sets the Chevron Group apart from competitors – and we couldn’t do this without the talented people who work for us. We have the best in the business.

We are committed to investing in all our people. When you join the Chevron Group you get access to The Academy, our learning and development platform, designed to help you develop your career within the company. You also get continuous on-the-job training and, for the right candidates, the opportunity to take part in our Future Leaders programme. There is no limit to the amount of learning you can undertake or how far you can go in the company. All part of the investment we will make in you to support your long-term career with us.

Equality and diversity

We believe the skills, capabilities and talents of our people are the key to our success. We benefit enormously from the diversity and variety of our workforce and are fully committed to maintaining and encouraging this diversity.

The richer the mix of people, skills and cultures; the greater the range of inputs, viewpoints and experiences. Because of this, the Chevron Group is fully committed to being an equal opportunities employer, defined by its diversity and opposition to all forms of unlawful and unfair discrimination.

Developing the next generation

We also strongly encourage applications from ex-armed forces personnel, ex-offenders and those who are looking to earn while they learn through our apprenticeship programme. Ex-armed forces personnel bring with them immediate transferable and technical skills, and unrivalled experience from some of the highest pressurised situations. Offering ex-offenders positions with the company provides them with stability and the opportunity to rebuild their lives. With a sense of purpose, focus and learning new skills through training, we help prevent re-offending.

Each year we give people the opportunity to gain nationally and professionally recognised qualifications along with vocational training through our apprenticeship programme. This highly successful programme has been running since 2015.
